The Frontline Engineer (FLE) represents a first tier of support responsible for monitoring, assessing, troubleshooting, evaluating, diagnosing application (and deeper) issues within critical systems. The ability to correlate events, logs, alerts, and heuristic performance data is the cornerstone of this position’s day to day responsibilities.
