Full-time Case Manager

at Hound in Fort Myers

Responsibilities and Requirements : Associate Degree in health related profession, with plans to obtain Bachelors degree within 5 years. Experience: Minimum of 3 years clinical experience Training: On the Job License: State of Florida RN. Require Case Management Certification after 2 yrs employment. Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer, analytical, grammer and spelling skills. Ability to effectively multi-task responsibilities. Case Management Certification preferred.
