As a Retail Sales Manager you will be trained and responsible for:
Associate Capability and Retention
Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
Providing Tire and Auto Products and Services
Creating Results for Associates, Customers, and the Company
Involved in every aspect of the store operation, this position involves a commitment to building associate and customer satisfaction. While selecting, coaching and developing store associates, you’ll be responsible for merchandising, advertising and promotion of our products and services. Success at this level can open up a wealth of additional challenging career opportunities for you.
Requirements
Demonstrated success in retail sales & management experience or College educated in Business Management.
A college degree is required.
