Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with .NET, ASP, DHTML, and XML, specific experience with Chevin FleetWave
• Experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft 9.0
• Thorough understanding of Application Engine, SQL, SQR, Crystal, Application Designer, Trace, and other development tools
• Ability to quickly resolve testing issues and support the testing process
• Experience with Integration Broker and Component Interfaces

Our client has an immediate contract position for a Sr. .Net Developer to implement and customize the COTS Chevin FleetWave software system. This process includes the analysis, coding and testing of software integration between the FMIS and ILMS software systems from design specifications. He or she will do so by working with the functional designers, and at times the client, to ensure design criteria are accurate and comprehensive. The developer must ensure the finished product meets the design objectives and any other appropriate criteria associated with the system requirements and verify that all development is unit tested thoroughly before handing the developed module to the Test Team. He or she is responsible for working with the test team and functional experts to resolve all bugs efficiently and accurately.

Project Scope:

A large Federal Agency has a requirement to integrate and automate the myriad of vehicle fleet business functions currently being managed through manual and non-integrated processes into a central and consolidated enterprise web-based FMIS. The new web-based Fleet Management Information System will enhance fleet, asset and field office visibility while enabling cost efficiencies through streamlined process improvements and expanded oversight and compliance monitoring of the Department of State’s diverse vehicle fleet portfolio.
