Educational Background

• BS degree in Business, Information Systems, or Related
  Engineering or 3 years related experience

Skills:

The Functional Analyst II is qualified to perform tasks such as:

• Document an organization’s current business process flows
• Identify and document functional requirements for information systems
• Provide technical support to software development teams
• Develop functional and technical information system designs
• Supervise Functional Analysts I and Financial Configuration Specialists and Programmers in the development of software designs, computer programming, system testing or training curricula.
• Lead business process redesign teams in the development of new business process architectures
• Develop team work plans
• Perform workflow analyses
• Define information systems requirements
• Assist in project budget preparation

Relevant Experience:

• Must have at least three years of general experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts or business process redesign.

A WMS Functional Analyst is needed to assist the project manager and client counterpart in executing a Manhattan Associates WMS Scale conference room pilot(CRP) which will include the following tasks:

• Assist with documenting CRP scenarios
• Assist with documentation and facilitation of detailed CRP scripts
• Validate that the scripts accurately represent CRP scenarios and client’s business processes
• Gather and format client data needed for CRP execution
• Lead the development of detailed configuration design documentation
• Assist with integration design activity
• Help gather host system interface requirements & integration scenarios
• Help organize user execution of CRP scripts
• Document post-CRP user feedback
• Identify CRP result gaps
• Coordinate activities with WMS vendor
