To qualify **Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass an extensive Background Investigation that includes Criminal & financial over 15 years.

• Minimum Vocational Tech School background or better
• Must meet minimum educational and experience requirements
• BS Degree + 5 years of IT experience
• Equivalent AA + nine (9) years of relevant IT experience
• Equivalent Thirteen (13) years of relevant IT experience
• Must have a minimum MCP, XP (exam 270, 271) Certified or better.
• Preference for current MCSE 2K or better
• Five (5) years experience providing Desktop / Laptop support end user support.
• Two (2) or more years experience on Network Servers
• Two (2) or more years Networking (LAN) equipment
  • Must be a strong troubleshooter
  • Must demonstrate background and a high level of competency

• Network Server Hardware and fundamental Windows 2K 2K3 understanding
• Network equipment including Switches and Routers
• Basic knowledge Telecom and Network Ops
  • Professional skills include:

• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to work independently with minimum of supervision
• Team player.
