Ideal Candidate
Cable & Wire Harness Assembler
• 3 - 5 years military experience
• Must be able to work under microscope
• Must be able to wire solder cups (26 to 30 gauge wires)
• Be able to solder coax pins
• Measure accurately
• Harness capable skills
• Follow Operation Sheet or Wire Run Lists
• Operators expected to perform basic computer functions for Operation sheet direction

Job Description:
Cable & Wire Harness Assembler
Candidate will be needed to work in a lab performing various tasks including;
• Soldering small wires (26 to 30 gauge wires) into solder cups under a microscope.
• Perform cable and wire assembly from spec sheets & wire run lists.
• Must be competent in solder cup wiring, harness build and lacing, and coax wire prep and soldering.
