This position is the CRM project lead performing a mix of functional and technical tasks ranging from business analysis/gathering requirements to architecting solutions and then managing implementation teams working with MS Dynamics CRM 2011 on lifecycle customer engagements (using both online and on-premise systems). Required knowledge includes CRM installation, configuration, customization, and workflow setup. Experience with integration with MS Office/Exchange/Outlook is mandatory. Good customer verbal, written, and presentation skills are critical for success. The project lead will perform gap analysis and solution design using the MS SureStep methodology (prior experience a plus). Formal MS Dynamics CRM 2011 and PMP certification are also a big plus. Willingness to travel to client engagements when necessary.
At least two prior implementations of MS Dynamics CRM 2011 are required. We prefer candidates with deep experience and understanding of the Microsoft technology space (e.g. SharePoint, Dynamics, SQL, .NET application development).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with customers.
- Capture and define data requirements.
- Configure prototypes.
- Author design documents using methodology templates.
- Map data conversions and data loads.
- Manage project plans and estimates.
- Manage teams of developers (including offshore).
- Creating front-end reports, queries and dashboards to provide data access to business users.
- Lead integration of reporting and web applications into a new portal environment.
- Convert requirements into designs/configurations in MS Dynamics CRM.
- Manage customer engagements.
Education:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- MS Dynamics CRM 2011 and PMP certification
