Position Title : Bridges Support Analyst
Location : Pasadena, CA
Experience Required : 5 Years
Required skills:
Necessary Skills:
• Strong UNIX Shell scripting and other Shell scripting experience.
• Strong experience on FTP and SFTP file transfer protocols
• Strong experience on application support.
• Interface Administration which includes Error Code Resolution & Remediation, Error Reporting, Advance Monitoring
• Defect Management, Change Management, Release Management, Project Management
• Incident/Problem Management which includes Root Cause Analysis & Remediation
• Deployment Support which includes Interface Readiness Review, Integration End-to-End Testing, Technical/User Go-Live Support
• Bridges on-call Support
• Bridges interface Start-up/Shutdown Support
• Support/Manage RFHUTIL Error Handling Services (EHS)
Desired Skills
• Epic Bridges certification
• Experience with Remedy ticket tracking system and sFTP tools considered a strong plus
