Position Title : JAVA J2EE Tech Lead.
Location : Pleasanton, CA
Experience Required : 6-8 Years
Required skills:
Relevant Experience (Yrs):
6-8 Years of experience as a Senior Developer in JAVA/J2EE.
Recommended to have at least 3 years engagement experience with JAVA/J2EE mainframe Technologies as Senior Developer.
Necessary Skills:
• Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong experience in JAVA/J2EE Oracle, Websphere.
• Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience.
• Experience in design and development of different solution in tech area.
• Hands on ownership and responsibility for technical aspects of project delivery and solution
• Must have experience in project co-ordination in offshore/onsite environment
• Experience in managing project execution
• Basic People tools Asset Management knowledge will be essential.
Desired Skills:
• Having Pharma domain experience will be a great benefit.
• Additional Experience in MainFrame technologies will be great advantage.
