Position Title : Production Support Executive - Datastage
Location : Bloomfield, CT
Experience Required : 5-7 Years
Required skills :
Primary Technical Skills:
• IBM Information Server, DataStage, QualityStage, Information Analyser, Oracle.
Secondary Technical Skills:
• DB2, Mainframe, Java, Message Broker, MQ, UNIX
Experience Required:
• Knowledge in writing SQL (primarily Oracle)
• Data mapping: source to target: target to multiple formats
• Experience in the development of data extraction and load processes in a parallel framework
• Understanding of normalized and de-normalized data repositories
• Defining ETL standards & processes in production
• Ensuring timely delivery of required ETL tasks
• Performance tuning of ETL jobs
• Data standards and metadata management
• Mapping of data sources
• ETL development, production monitoring/alerting, reporting and metrics
• Focus on data quality
