• Must have Microscope experience and be able to work the entire shift using a Microscope
• Experience with small hand tools, small components, epoxies
• Manual and Auto Wire Bonder experience
• Experience working with Chip and Substrate Mounting, experience with handling Wafers
• Experience with Computers and can follow written instructions

This is a 2nd shift position
Mechanical Assembly Skills:

Wire Bonder-in a Clean Room Skills
• Must have Microscope experience and be able to work the entire shift using a Microscope.

• Experience with Computers and can follow written instructions.

Clean Room Mechanical Assembly Skills
• Must have Microscope experience and be able to work the entire shift using a Microscope.
• Experience working with Chip and Substrate Mounting, experience with handling Wafers.
• Experience with Computers and can follow written instructions.
