Position Title: Production Support Executive
Location: Cupertino, CA
Relevant experience: 5+ Years
Required skills :
• Component requirements:
a. Knowledge of Genesys including Genesys routing and Genesys SIP server components
b. Familiarity with Avaya (basic switching concepts)
c. Weblogic application deployment familiarity
d. Should be conversant with ITIL processes.
Desired Skills
• Custom application support, primarily based on java.
• Prior experience of working in a production support environment.
• Unix basics
• PL/SQL basics
