Job Title: Windows Active Directory
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary : $75-85K
Relevant experience: +5 yrs
Primary Skills:
·Strong knowledge in Windows Server Administration
·Should have managed Windows 2000/2003 in a medium-to-large scale production environment
·Knowledge on Active Directory Services (ADS) DNS & DHCP
·Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Event Logs, PerfMon, Backup Jobs, Load Balancing/Clustering issues
·Knowledge on replication (XO Soft) & Imaging (Altris) technology.
·Knowledge on Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper – V).
·Strong troubleshooting knowledge on VERITAS Netbackup.
·Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
·Good remote troubleshooting skills
·Excellent Customer handling skills
·Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
Secondary Skills :
·Good knowledge on SQL & IIS Administration
·Basic Understanding on SAN, MOM/SCOM
·MCSE/MCSA Certification
·ITIL Certification
