Native Hebrew speakers required for transcription work.
at Appen Butler Hill (Anywhere)
Appen Butler Hill is looking for native speakers of Hebrew for transcription work.
The work will involve listening to audio recordings of Hebrew speech and typing down in Hebrew what is said or fixing the given Hebrew text to match the audio.
The work will be provided to successful candidates via our online transcription tool, AppenOnline.
Requirements:
- Must be a native speaker of standard Hebrew with good spelling and able to use Hebrew keyboard.
- Education to at least upper high school level
- Language skills must be current i.e. the language is still spoken and written regularly by the applicant
- Must be able to read and understand English well in order to follow instructions provided in English
- Must have good PC and typing skills
- Have own computer and internet connection with the latest version of Mozilla Firefox and Flash Player (links provided to install these)
Skills required:
- good listening skills
- attention to detail
