Position Title: Application Support Technician
Location: Herndon, VA
Relevant experience: 1-3 Years
Required skills:
• Functions as help desk specialist on as required basis providing e-mail, phone and in-person support to users in the areas of program applications developed and deployed at different client sites.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in developing, analyzing, and evaluating methods and techniques to improve business processes, program processes, procedures, information systems, documentation, and similar functions. Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong logical and technical skills.
