Job Description
This position will work closely with Marketing, Finance and Business Intelligence teams to provide analytical support regarding Consumer Data, Value, and Loyalty programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design analytical framework and methodology on:
Company value to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging existing and new data platforms.
Customer value, customer loyalty and related drivers among the enterprise and dealer channels.
Recommendation on marketing strategy changes:
Participate in Marketing/Customer Data Mart development, providing feedback on data structure, integrity and relevancy.
Build credibility and partnership across various business units to enable effective business decision making and performance measurement.
Provide rapid-turnaround on multiple tasks for performance and trend analyses.
Construct complex analytics in a clear, structured manner.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Undergraduate degree in quantitative discipline; mathematics, computer science or related field. MBA or MS preferred.
· 5+ years of financial services or consulting experience in marketing analytics, risk management, or financial analysis.
· Must have 3 or more years experience with financial/risk analytics and modeling, statistical modeling techniques and directing data mining/structure.
· Must have solid understanding on consumer financing industry via experience in financial services and/or financial consulting.
· Excellent written, oral communication, project management, presentation and change management skills.
