Preferred Skills that are desired include:

• A good working knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008 and SQL Reporting Services. A
• Solid grasp of MOSS Search concepts.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 SDK.
• Experience performance tuning and trouble-shooting in a secure environment.
• 2 years experience working with VMWare in virtual environments.

Our client has an immediate opening for a SharePoint/ASP .Net Developer to perform the following:

• Develop SharePoint MOSS 2007 requirements in an enterprise environment utilizing virtual technologies.
• Interface with customers to develop requirements and then implement a solution based on those requirements.
• Perform SharePoint application administration functions in addition to SharePoint development.

Development duties include, but are not limited to, developing SharePoint components web parts, lists, web pages, workflow, and infopath forms. Participate in architecture decisions as the environment continues to grow.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in design sessions with project staff as required.
• Design, architect, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support application systems either through new development of systems, enhancement of existing systems, or 3rd party products.
• Work with technical and functional teams to ensure effective delivery of systems.
• Participate in team reviews of design artifacts and systems, make changes as required, and recommend alternative solutions where appropriate.
