Pre Sales Engineer with excellent Cisco, VMware, & storage Data Center Skills.If you are a CCNP/VCP Cisco/VMware Engineer with excellent Pre Sales Engineering experience, please read on!*This position is based out of and covering Enterprise, Brand name clients in Portland, Chicago, and Boise respectively.You can live anywhere within 20 miles of these major metro areas and will have the opportunity to work from home when not at client sites.What you need for this position:- Cisco CCNP certification or better- VMware VCP certification or better- Some storage certification or experience (Compellent or EMC preferred, Hitachi, NetApp, HP alternative)- Very Strong Layer 2 & 3 Networking Skills- Strong skills in Cisco Data Center (Nexus, UCS, and /or Virtualization) and / or Cisco Unified Communications (Call Manager, Unity, IPCC Express, etc.) technologies- Understanding of and experience designing Virtualization (VMware ESX/ESXi 3.5/4.x) and Storage solutions is a big plus- Additional relevant certs are a plus (EMCTA, EMCIE, CCIE, VCDX, MASE, RHCT, MCSE, etc)- Excellent presentation, communication & customer interaction skills required*Ideal candidate is extremely polished with excellent experience presenting technical solutions to and interacting with senior level executive management within Fortune 500 organizations.What you’ll be doing:- 95% Technical / Solutions Design / Engineering- Work with Sales and customers to develop enterprise solutions.- Present technical white board demonstrations to clients.- Create solution/design to fulfill customer requirements.- Use configuration tools to provide accurate bill of materials.- Perform technical presentations to customer base.- Create design Visio’s of customer solutions.- Provide supporting
