As a Personal Banker (PB), you will acquire, retain, and deepen customer relationships. You will proactively meet with customers - face to face and over the phone - to discover their financial needs and provide product and service recommendations. After some period on the job, you may have also the opportunity to obtain your FINRA Series 6, 63, and Life Insurance licenses to be able to provide additional products and service recommendations to customers.
You will maximize the depth and profitability of the customer's relationship by partnering with specialists, contributing to the success of the firm and creating an outstanding customer experience.
Successful PBs can realize great career potential within as little as 18 months. Many of our PBs have become Branch Managers, Business Bankers or specialists, Financial Advisors, or have sought opportunities through any one of our many career paths!

Requirement:
Minimum one year sales experience preferred either in a retail sales environment or through school activities, clubs, organizations, or internships Dedicated to building a career in the financial services industry Job experience with extensive customer contact, including building and maintaining customer relationships Excellent probing and listening skills to uncover customer needs Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Self motivated, assertive, performs well in a competitive sales environment and interacts with customer and team members in a professional and personable manner Strong presentation, planning, organization, and follow-up skills College degree required or High school degree/GED or foreign equivalent with one year sales experience Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
