MSR / Teller Manager
at confidential in Burlington, VT
Immediate opening for a Member Service Representative / Teller Manager
at Vermont VA Federal Credit Union. Responsibilities include supervising
the teller line and many operations processes in the branch, overseeing
teller differences issues and ensuring compliance with policies and
procedures in areas such as check cashing, account withdrawals, etc.
This position is also responsible for managing sales referral goals on
an individual basis as well as for the team. Efficiently processes both
the paying and receiving of customer transactions in a timely manner.
Demonstrates knowledge and dexterity in using equipment and systems.
Takes responsibility for delivering great member service, which meets
and exceeds the member’s expectations. Accurately completes settlements
on a daily basis with a minimum of errors and within time guidelines.
Processes ATM transactions and assists in settlement. Seeks out
opportunities to learn about credit union products and services in order
to demonstrate basic knowledge of retail products when questioned by
members. Understands the teller standards and check cashing guidelines
and performs accordingly. Understands and complies with all audit,
regulatory and security procedures. Recognizes sales opportunities and
cross-sells credit union products whenever possible. Meets teller
referral goals. Performs other duties and tasks as requested.
