Job DescriptionInterstates Control Systems (ICSI), a systems integrator, has an opening for a Control Systems Developer/Programmer to design and program complex and sensitive computerized automated control systems. ICSI seeks an ambitious, innovative person with the ability to build value-added relationships with internal and external customers.Job Requirements:*Experience in HMI/SCADA programming using various HMI packages such as Rockwell Software, Intellution, and Wonderware*Preferred technical experience in Database Design*Knowledge or experience in PLC programming using various software such as RS Logix 5, 500, 5000, Siemens S5/S7, Modicon Concept, and Modicon Pro Series*Process control using PID as well as DCS control technologies such as AB Process Logix or other DCS systems*Communication protocols such as Devicenet, Controlnet, Modbus, Profibus, etc.*Programming and configuration of Variable Frequency Drives*Experience in checkout, commissioning, and startup of control systemsA Qualified Candidate will have:*3-5 years experience as a Controls Developer and/or a Bachelors Degree from a four year college*Experience in designing and developing control systems*Excellent troubleshooting skills*Good communication (verbal, written, listening) and teamwork skills*Knowledge of, or interest in manufacturing & mechanical systems*A desire to work with great people in a casual, fun, growing company*A willingness to travel (30-35%)Interstates Control Systems has been awarded the 2010 System Integrator of the Year and has been a Certified CSIA Integrator since 2003.
