Our typical three-pool arena boasts over 25,000 square feet of water, offering a fun environment unlike any other.Our aquatics team is filled with passionate swim instructors who enjoy inspiring and educating members of all ages and ability levels.ResponsibilitiesLead group, private and semi-private swim lessons to all ages and ability levels.Create a fun and inviting learning environment to ensure a positive member experience.Build strong relationships with participants and continually recommend classes based on skill levels.Complete a 21 hour certification program through Life Time Fitness.Qualifications:Working toward or have obtained high school diplomaOne year experience teaching or working with childrenSwim experience preferredExperience teaching or coaching swim lessons preferredRed Cross Lifeguard and First Aid Certification preferredCPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hireOverview and benefitsLife Time Fitness is the ultimate "healthy way of life" company where teams work to meet the needs of the members.
