Job DescriptionUtilize you passion for helping people by joining our hospitality team. At Life Time Fitness we offer a state of the art fitness center with a fun and upbeat work environment. Experience a variety of challenges each day as you strive to provide a positive member experience. You will work to provide clean and orderly locker rooms for our members. In addition, you will ensure common areas are maintained and orderly. Whether helping a member find a key, changing a light bulb, or vacuuming the locker room, you will surely find something you enjoy at Life Time Fitness.Often, you will work independently, so the ability to multi-task and handle emergency situations is essential. In addition, due to the advanced technology in our clubs the ability to operate simple machinery and tools will help you with your day to day tasks.ResponsibilitiesStart your shift in an assigned rotation schedule including light and heavy cleaning.Next, utilize your multi-tasking skills by performing various indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks. Build relationships with members as you move about the club greeting them as you go about your day. Allow your enthusiasm to shine while completing your day to day tasks.Continuously be courteous to members as you ensure the club is in tip top shape and operations projects and tasks do not interfere with members’ use of the club. Wash, fold and stock member towels throughout your busy shift.Round out your day by checking in with your supervisor to verify your daily tasks have been completed.Qualifications:* High School Diploma or GED Preferred* Six months to one year customer service experience* CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hireOverview and benefitsLife Time Fitness is the ultimate “healthy way of life” company where teams work to meet the needs of the members.
