Job DescriptionGulfport Compliance Office - Gulfport, MSReq#: 10-0814Job Summary:Perform compliance monitoring tasks and provide assistance to schools with respect to regulatory matters pertaining to Title IV funding, State Grants and Scholarships, VA and worker retraining programs. General Duties:Perform compliance monitoring reviews in accordance with audit program on file, perform lapsed days reviews Assist in preparing audit and program review responses to outside agencies Assist in the SFA Audit process performed by independent CPA firms Other duties as assigned to ensure deadlines are met for reporting purposes.RequirementsBA degree and prior audit experience preferred 3-5 years financial aid experience with a minimum of 1-2 years in management Strong hands-on knowledge of Title IV regulations Excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure Strong written and oral communication skills Good computer skills and Microsoft Office experience is essentialWe offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefit package including a comprehensive healthcare program and a 401k plan.Qualified candidates ONLY - apply onlinefor consideration and the potential opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
