Theassignments for the experienced positions consist of “mini-rotations“within different departments.Performance reviews are given based upon the rotational assignment.Entry-level positions receive reviews after three, six, andtwelve months of employment. Experienced positions receivereviews following each assignment.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting• Minimum 2.75 GPA in the following classes:• Principles of Accounting I and II• Intermediate Accounting I and II• Advanced Accounting• Cost Accounting• Auditing• Tax• Business Law• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office softwareAreas of AssignmentCorporate Office in Decatur, IL• Cocoa Accounting• Corn Processing Accounting• Corporate Accounting• Ag Services Accounting• Oilseeds Accounting- Crush, Refined Oils, Packaged Oils/Biodiesel• Specialty Accounting• Financial Reporting and AnalysisOther• ADM Milling – Overland Park, KS• Internal Audit (as available)This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life and dental insurance.
