Advanced skills with MS Excel and profciency with PowerPoint.
Knowledge of the compensation and benefits analysis domain is helpful, but not required. It is more important that the candidate have the ability to analyze and manipulate the compensation data being compiled from multiple company facilities.

A bachelors degree is preferred, but not required if the candidate can demonstrate the necessary advanced Excel skills.

This position will provide support to the client's Human Resources department, particularly the compensation and benefits team, on a project to institute a global compensation initiative aimed at consolidating company-wide comp and benefits data into a single global tool.

This person will be responsible for organizing and consolidating data from numerous corporate facilities into a single virtual database in preparation for the data's eventual upload into the new global comp program. As the two new software tools come online, this candidate will also assist with setting up initial templates for the tools and entering the previously complied compensation and benefits data.
