Office Manager/Senior Project Manager
at confidential in Las Vegas, NV
We are seeking an Office Manager/Senior Project Manager for our Las Vegas, NV office with a minimum of 10 years experience in environmental services (environmental planning, landscape architecture, biological resources, or cultural resources). Successful candidate will also have up to 5 years experience managing an Office or Group in the Desert Southwest region, with a strong track record of successfully managing staff in the pursuit and acquisition of projects.
Position requires effective time management, written communications skills, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Successful candidate will be articulate with professional presence, with solid decision-making, planning and organizational skills. This position requires the candidate to have experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, developing and fostering new and existing client relationships, and organizing and winning project pursuits.
This position will be responsible for growing and diversifying the Las Vegas office's client base as well as meet with prospective clients, prepare proposals and presentations, oversee technical performance, ensure quality control, mentor staff, and communicate with the Phoenix and Tucson office for technical and marketing support. Office Manager will also have senior project manager responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. This position reports to the Southwest and Great Basin Region director. Salary is negotiable based on experience
