Security Administrator
at confidential in Highlands Ranch, CO
We seeks a self-starting individual for a full-time position handling Security Administrator duties for our Centennial, CO Facility. This position will report to and support the Chief Security Officer. The position will primarily provide administrative support for Security. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the Computer Support Group, Facilities, and Travel. This position requires an individual with good communication skills and the ability to organize tasks and data in a logical manner. The successful applicant will able to work independently and prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for Visitor Control of Centennial Facility Access as well as Incoming and Outgoing Visits Certifications Provide Physical Security support for Centennial facility, which will include Facility Badge distribution, alarm monitoring and facility accreditation Assigned as the COMSEC Manager for Centennial Facility Support the Information Security Program, which will include Hardware/Software Configuration Management and File Transfers Assist the Computer Support Group with basic trouble IT troubleshooting Coordination of Travel arrangements for Centennial staff Order and Maintain Office and Kitchen Supplies Coordination of on-site meetings
Required Skills:
Must be able to obtain and maintain government security clearance · Basic PC troubleshooting skills. · Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX operating systems · Experience installing PC hardware components · Previous security and administrative experience required Must be proficient with Windows operating system and MS Office Suite
