Process Analyst, Computer Operator
at confidential in Shelton, CT
The Process Analyst, Computer Operator is to handle the day-to-day operations within the Systems Control department. This includes overseeing the processing of all incoming and outgoing data in order to meet client deliverables and operations needs. This role requires hours of of 10:30am - 7:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Process data in a timely manner to meet internal and external client needs. Monitor and respond to operating and error messages. Prepare and maintain problem logs and serve as resource to answer questions or troubleshoot problems.Provide first level support to operations as required.
Excellent verbal skills and analytical ability The ability to function independently and within time critical deadlines Must commit to a schedule that includes holidays and weekends
Preferred:
Computer operations experience to execute and monitor a number of computer batch programs Familiarity with UNIX, PC-DOS, OS/2, IBM VM Familiarity with Microsoft Office
