Candidate will be responsible for developing new business with markets that support the mission of the Biosciences Division through ability to represent our business with offerings spanning from (fill in technologies). Responsibilities include but not limited to acquiring new business and developing relationships through individual's pre-existing contacts into new revenue. Candidate should have prior business and project management experience in contract negotiations, writing RFP proposals and cost estimates. Must be self motivated, highly active with persuasive communication skills are desired. Develop strategic partnerships that will drive traffic and build our Biosciences product lines globally
Manage the ongoing relationship with the partner Support business plan development and lead the strategic planning process Identify partnering, licensing, and acquisition opportunities Work with the Product Development teams and various other teams to ensure needs are scoped, designed & delivered Education & Qualifications 10 years experience business development experience, preferably in a life science research or similar scientific environment MBA is an asset.
