Responsible for oversight of a team of systems administrators who are responsible for Windows and Unix infrastructure design, build and maintenance which includes server builds and management, active directory management, group policy management, Citrix and VMware management, system monitoring and troubleshooting, storage solution design and maintenance, file share design and management, MS Exchange management, network architecture and VPN management. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Oversight of the team which provide project and production support which will include installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, applications and operating systems.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws. May require interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; managing employees, contractors and off shore resources; resolving problems Provide status and strategy updates to the Senior Management Team on progress on initiatives and customer activity. Required Skills: Computer Skills: Unix, MS Server ’03 & ‘08, MS Exchange 2003-2010, Blackberry Server, Foglight, SQL Server 2000-2008, Sharepoint 2007-2010, Network Architecture, OS hardening, storage subsystems, Nearpoint, Powershell scripting, Isilon, Celestix, De-duplication, MS Office suite, MS Project .
