Position Summary: The objective of the Implementation Consultant is to provide premier customer service, training, in-person support and coaching to customers. The goal is on pro-active customer support to insure optimal program performance, instructional integrity and to gather and report results. The Consultant will work very closely with the Directors of Implementation.Requirements: Responsibilities: Partnerships- Establish service partnerships with classroom teachers using Scholastic products • Facilitate successful implementation of Scholastic products • Ensure fidelity of implementation • Share best instructional practices with READ 180 and other Scholastic Products• Facilitate ongoing review of customer satisfaction through proactive customer contract and discussion• Provide daily and weekly updates to the Director of Implementation• Create ongoing dialogue with School Administrators Training and Professional Development • Provide Day 1, Day 2 implementation training for READ 180 and other Scholastic products • Consult with leadership and teachers about their professional development needs • Provide ongoing professional development, including seminars as needed• Facilitate cadre meetings as needed.
