Full-time IT Business Analyst

Basic Job Purpose:Under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems.Essential Functions:1) Analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, business rule and scenarios, user interface documents, and user guides for systems changes and enhancements.2) Acts as liaison between clients, operations and technical staff.3) Gathers information and performs research and analysis.4) Identification of test scenarios and the development of test scripts for system changes.5) Conducts testing to certify changes to the system.6) Performs morning and evening system production procedures
