The Operations Manager-Maintenance/Parts controls the administrative direction, business operations, and overall strategy for the Company's two maintenance shop facilities, in Crystal, MN and Eden Prairie, MN, aircraft parts business and Mobile Maintenance division. This position works collaboratively with the Director of Maintenance and reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities:Develop, plan and implement goals and objectives for the maintenance and parts department; prepare departmental budgets and administer internal policies and procedures. Supervise all departmental activities; work collaboratively with Director of Maintenance to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws.Monitor work flow and project status; review and evaluate work methods and procedures;Manage all Line Service training programs and handle all day to day activities at the Company's Flying Cloud location.Develop and execute marketing plans to grow the Company's maintenance business.This position is based from BOTH our locations, with office hours at Flying Cloud three days per week, and Crystal two days per week.Eligibility Requirements:This is a business management position and maintenance experience is not required.
