Job Requirements: Must be able to work with others, train and supervise staff, handle multiple tasks effectively, able to organize work, formulate policy, plan budgets, motivate employees, direct activities, multi-task, evaluate and solve problems Thorough understanding of regulatory laws and responsibilities as it pertains to process filling and general facility standards.Team orientation which includes the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff. Basic understanding of budgeting cost control and federal milk marketing reporting.Bachelor’s degree (BS) and 10 years of hands on experience, preferably in daily plant operations of food industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
