We are looking for a worship pastor that focuses on leading our covenant membership is worship in God-centered and Christ-exalting worship. Worship style has been blended in past, but we are an elder-led church and believe we should submit to the desires of the worship pastor in style of music. We simply desire that our worship be theologically accurate. We are a Reformed Southern Baptist Church, holding to the historic/Biblical/orthodox Doctrines of Grace.In this pursuit, we would consider a man who would also desire to serve in an associate pastor/elder capacity. Our Sr. Pastor needs more qualified help to better serve Christ in Eastern Montana.This job is bi-vocational. It is located in Eastern Montana near North Dakota Border, smack in the middle of the oil field. This thankfully gives the community a 4.8% unemployment rate, with lots of room for employment. The church body would be instrumental in helping the individual/family move to the area and gain employment. Partial funding for ministry available, but limited. Possibility of work with church in church planting in Eastern Montana.
