Full-time Benefits Outsourcing Major Account Rep

Job SummaryCeridian Corporation, a Fortune 1000 provider of Outsourced Integrated Human Resources Solutions, is seeking a Professional Sales Executive to be part of an energetic sales team with proven successful experience in complex strategic solution sales of Cobra, Reimbursement and Health and Welfare Benefit Administration. This outside sales person will focus on major market prospects, selling to companies that have 1500 employees.Job Responsibilities:Focus on major market prospects, selling to companies that have 1500 employeesGenerate revenue by identifying new business through cold calling into assigned territory, lead generation and networkingMeet with senior level decision (SVP, VP) makers to analyze their needs and identify areas for Ceridian to provide value added outsourced products and servicesDevelop interactive sales strategies based on prospect needs and corporate guidelinesCollaborate with managers and other colleagues, including solutions consultants, channel managers and implementation team members to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotaRegularly maintain and update sales force automation toolsDevelop and maintain a high degree of proficiency and knowledge of Ceridian products and services to execute salesWork independently in a virtual, multi-state environment with up to 50% travelQualifications:7 years hunting, prospecting, developing and closing leads for new businessDemonstrated proven sales success as a “Top Producer” in B2B salesConsultative sales background in integrated human resources outsourcing solutions, benefits or a directly related fieldUnderstanding of senior level business drivers, value expectations, business case and ROI assumptionsDemonstrated negotiation skills.
