Fulfillment Specialist I

We are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist 1 who is detail oriented, enjoys a fast-paced, environment and working in a team atmosphere.
The Fulfillment Specialist I is primarily responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of direct marketing requests, mail list cleansing, awards order entry and requests which may overlap various departments.
Responsibilities:
Deliver to established goals and objectives Accurate and efficient processing of orders within the required service level metric Update and/or correct orders as required Research and resolve issues with orders in a timely manner Communicate with clients to resolve order issues Verification of order entry accuracy of self and other team members Efficient and timely follow up with vendors/supporting departments as needed Data entry of pertinent information as required Escalate problem and/or situations when unable to resolve Complete timesheets and reports as required Participate in process improvement and quality control as required Attend meetings and interact with internal departments as required Participate in training programs as required Drive to local printer to attend press checks as client needs dictate Other duties as assigned
Requirement;
At least 1 year of office experience, preferably in Advertising/Marketing or Direct Mail industry: Excellent verbal, written and organization skills Ability to work as part of team or individually Strong orientation to detail and accuracy At least one year of experience in Basic PC skills and a good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word High school diploma Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
