As a Customer Service Rep in our animal feed plant, you will:

• Have receptionist responsibilities, including answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, taking messages for plant staff when not available.
• Customer service responsibilities include taking customer orders, entering data into our E1 system.
• Responsible for inbound receiving, weighing trucks in and out, entering data into our E1 system.

Required (Basic) Experience & Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1 years office experience is required. Proficiency with Excel, Word and 10 key required.

The successful candidate must be a strong team player. Able to work independently with limited supervision. Able to make decisions on their own and maintain a well-organized office. Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and face-to-face. – Strong customer focus, both on the phone and face-to-face. – Ability to work with limited supervision. – Strong mathematical aptitude. – Excellent organizational and time management skills. – Solid communication skills. – Good judgment and ability to make sound business decisions.

Preferred Experience & Education
Experience using JD Edwards preferred.
3 years customer service experience highly desired.
