Administrative Assistant

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for a Regional Mortgage Manager. Duties may include creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel reports and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, processing expense reports, ordering office supplies, compiling and distributing a monthly newsletter, setting up new hires with access to telephones and computers, handling new hire and termination paperwork, conducting special projects, setting up interviews as needed, coordinating meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements and composing correspondence and other documentation as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Good verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications'
