Full-time Marketing Representative

at confidential in Grand Island, NE


The Marketing Representative/Account Executive is responsible for marketing company equipment, products and services to prescribing referrals. Insures the successful implementation of marketing strategies for Central Nebraska Home Care. Exercises professional judgment and responsibility assisting in the development of marketing strategy, advertising and promotional materials.

Essential Duties:
1. Referral sources and Central Nebraska Home Care relationship development
2. Always projects a professional attitude and maintains a professional appearance.
3. Educates self as to the products and services provided by Central Nebraska Home Care and effectively communications the features and benefits to the referral source.
4. Acts as a liaison between CNHC and the patient/client, family, caregiver, physician, and other healthcare agencies.
5. Conducts, participates and attends educational meetings and seminars for healthcare workers, patients/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, and interest community members on areas of need.
6. Provides weekly Call Reports to the General Manager.
7. Prepares quarterly SWOT analysis reports.
8. Resolves referral complaints in a timely manner and communicates service failures to the Customer Service Team Manager and General Manager.


Education:
Prefer business degree graduate with emphasis in marketing. Will accept 3 years of marketing/Account Executive experience in lieu of education.

Experience:
Two years of related work experience (preferably in home medical sales or equivalent) preferred.
Medical background preferred.
