In House Marketing Coordinator
at confidential in Honolulu, HI
The In-house Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the In-house Marketing Manager. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing qualified tours to the site's sales team while providing guests with an exceptional guest experience.
Interact with a high level of customer service and professionalism with all guests arriving on property. Provide concierge like services to guests by providing them with information on local hot spots and activities. Maintain minimum performance standards set forth at your site by providing sales team with a certain percentage of qualified tours. Strengthen your abilities and skills by attending trainings and coaching sessions provided by your management team. Be open to constructive criticism. Track your daily and weekly performance. Work closely with and support them members a team to ensure the success of the team and site as a whole.
Experience in vacation ownership sales or marketing preferred Customer service experience is required along with a vibrant personality Must be able to work independently and interact with other departments within the company Team player High School diploma Bi-Lingual Japanese
