Information Technology Support Technician The Interstates Companies and Harbor Group are seeking a qualifiedindividual to serve a key role within our growing IT team.
Primary Job Duties:
- Configure, install, and maintain complex equipment and software.
- Install and maintain services such as Microsoft Office applications, e-mail, print services, anti-virus protection on network and individual PCs.
- Research, troubleshoot, and correct software
- Communicating with vendors for support as needed.
- Clearly communicate to employees how best to resolve issues and requests
- Provide network computer support
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Associated Degree in related field Experience preferred, but not required
