CORPORATE ATTORNEY

We seeks an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Attorney to join its Legal Department.
Successful candidates will possess at least six years of experience as a corporate generalist with a focus on employment counseling, significant experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, managing litigation, and a familiarity with intellectual property. Prior in-house experience is a plus. The ideal candidate must also possess exceptional interpersonal skills as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Requirements include a Juris Doctorate and a license to practice law in Iowa.
