3rd Shift Production Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and coordinate activities of production team in the Finish Room area. Monitor daily and weekly production schedules and goals. Organize and assign work duties of employees. Evaluate employee performance and complete timely appraisals. Maintain accurate employee records. Inspect quality of product at each workstation. Promote a safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
General supervisory skills including employee training, appraisals and terminations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and document actions taken. Must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify, analyze and improve processes and be accountable for accurate and timely completion of production orders. Previous production experience with proven performance record is essential.High school diploma or equivalent required.
