Education: Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA approved program in accredited degree granting college or university. Post-doctoral internship in Clinical Psychology from an APA-approved program. Broadly trained Clinical Psychologist with firm foundation in Psycho-diagnostics and knowledge of Neuro-anatomy, Neuro-physiology and Neuro-psychology. Familiarity with psychosocial consequence with chronic debilitations and mental disorders; experience with a wide variety of psycho-therapeutic treatment modalities. Licensure/Registration: Licensure by the State of Florida as a Psychologist according to Chapter 490, State of Florida. Has credentials as a qualified provider by the Council of National Register of Health Providers in Psychology. Experience: At least 6 months of post-doctoral experience in Rehabilitation or related field.
