Full-time MILCON Programmer

at confidential in Yigo, GU

Provide programming services in support of an Air Force civil engineering squadron. Coordinate with project managers and users to develop 1391 Military construction (MILCON) project requirements for the maintenance and improvement of base facilities and infrastructure. Prepare programming documents that will be used for the solicitation of facility project funds to determine the scope of work and supply cost estimates and provide justification for base project requirements. Contribute and update project programming data into the Automated Civil Engineer System (ACES). Use a variety of resources to the ensure project scope complies with base, Air Force, and DoD policies, procedures, standards, instructions, and guidance. This position is located on Guam

!Basic Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with Air Force 1391 MILCON programming and ACES
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to work with project managers and support teams
-Ability to multi-task and handle several projects simultaneously
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
