Act as an operations analyst and plan, coordinate, and direct the activities of administrative, program, and technical personnel. Manage and control schedules and costs to provide on-time and on-budget performance for all aspects of the contractual effort. Provide direction for operations and ensure compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures. Provide recommendations for the resolution of technical problems. This position is located in Okinawa or Iwakuni, Japan or on Guam.

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with the Marine Corps
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with IT, Military construction, environmental planning, training range operations, or Military modernization preferred
-Experience in working with the Military on Guam or in Japan preferred
-BA or BS degree preferred

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
