Lead support for water supply systems on Guam with a thorough understanding of all supply and distribution capabilities. Provide adequate water supply systems quality and quantity for Joint Region Marina bases, including AAFB, GNB, and MCCG and other DoD equities and work with the Guam Waterworks Authority (GWA) to develop the most efficient system for water distribution. Address the long term water supply's quality and quantity and build consensus with stakeholders, primarily the GWA. Develop recommendations for studies and surveys concerned with the repair, upgrade, and improvement of existing water systems, provide risk mitigation strategies, and develop designs for new water distribution systems to MCCG. This position is located on Guam.

Basic Qualifications:
-15 years of experience with civil or water systems engineering, design, and installation
-10 years of experience with DoD
-Experience in water systems infrastructure and utilities
-Experience with construction management
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Military organizational processes with a track record of success
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent briefing skills
